Yogesh Rajkotia is the founder and CEO of ThinkWell (ThinkWell.global), an organization aimed at helping countries to achieve universal health coverage. Yogesh has supported major health systems reforms in over 25 countries and served as adviser to ministers and secretaries around the world. Previously, he provided leadership to USAID’s health systems strengthening efforts. He holds a doctorate from Johns Hopkins University.

Yonov Frederick Agah

Yonov Frederick Agah was appointed as Nigeria’s ambassador to the WTO in 2005. In that capacity, he served as the alternate chief negotiator for the Doha Round and Head of Nigeria's Trade Office to the WTO in the Permanent Mission of Nigeria to the United Nations Office in Geneva. Mr. Agah served as chair of the WTO's General Council in 2011. He was responsible for organizing the Eighth WTO Ministerial Conference, which was acknowledged to be successful despite the prevailing stalemate in the Doha Round.

Young Uck Kang currently leads the Development Asia project at ADB. His areas of expertise are knowledge management, economic and social development policy, public finance, cost benefit analysis, income distribution, policymaking process, and strategic leadership. Before joining ADB in July 2014, he was a professor at KDI School of Public Policy and Management in the Republic of Korea. He has a Ph.D. and M.Phil in public administration from New York University, MPP from University of Chicago, and MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Yuen Yuen Ang

Yuen Yuen Ang is associate professor of political science at the University of Michigan, who studies global development and Chinese political economy. She is the author of How China Escaped the Poverty Trap (Cornell University Press, Series in Political Economy, 2016), winner of the 2017 Peter Katzenstein Book Prize. In 2017, she served on the United Nations Expert Group on Eradicating Poverty.
