Blessing Mutama is the director of Farm Orphan Support Trust in Zimbabwe, which supports orphans and vulnerable children in farm communities. He regularly presents research papers at international conferences and is a seasoned practitioner with over 20 years of experience. He is a trustee and vice chair of Family for Every Child.

Blessing Omakwu is an international development consultant, women’s equality evangelist, and lawyer. She advises philanthropic and international development organizations and runs The She Tank, a think-tank promoting the realization of SDG 5 for black women.

Blythe Thomas is the initiative director at 1,000 Days where she leads the charge to make the health and well-being of mothers and babies a policy and funding priority. Prior to 1,000 Days, Thomas held leadership roles at the Partnership for a Healthier America, the Kansas Health Foundation, the Nature Conservancy, and the American Red Cross.

Bo Miller is the global director for corporate citizenship for The Dow Chemical Company. He is responsible for identifying corporate citizenship issues and trends important to the company, and in turn, developing and implementing the company’s global corporate citizenship strategy. Miller also serves as the president and executive director of The Dow Chemical Company Foundation and director of Corporate/Community Affairs for Great Lakes Bay Region (GLBR), Michigan.

Bob van Dillen is a migration expert at the Catholic Organization for Relief and Development Aid, the Dutch member of Caritas Europa. Cordaid is an international development organization working in fragile states in over 20 countries throughout the world. He has worked for Cordaid since 2004 and has chaired the migration and development task force of CONCORD, the European confederation of development NGOs, since 2014. He is also coordinator for SDGs and migration for the Migration and Development Civil Society Network.

Dr. Bocar Mamadou Daff is the director of the reproductive health and child survival unit for the Senegalese Ministry of Health and Social Action. Daff is a fierce supporter of research and evidence-based decision-making. He received his doctorate in medicine in 1989, and has diplomas in public health, health economics and international development. In 2013, he received the Excel Award for leadership on Family Planning by the Gates Institute for Population and Reproductive Health.

Bodo Ellmers is senior policy and advocacy officer at the European Network on Debt and Development (Eurodad). He is leading Eurodad’s work on debt, financial governance and responsible financing. For several years prior to this he was in charge of Eurodad’s work on aid and governance. Before joining Eurodad, Bodo was a policy officer at "Deine Stimme gegen Armut," the German branch of the Global Call to Action Against Poverty campaign.

Bogdan Ferens is the founder of SD Platform and Progressive Teachers in Ukraine. He has more than 15 years of experience in the field of European integration, interparliamentary cooperation at the level of Ukraine and the EU, NATO, SME development, mobility, and transport.

Bonnie Glick is the deputy administrator of the United States Agency for International Development, or USAID.
