Cecilia D'Alessandro is the deputy head of the sustainable food systems workstream at ECDPM, where she focuses on food systems governance, finance, climate resilience, and EU-Africa relations. Holding an MSc in economics and development, Cecilia conducts research, policy analysis, and collaborates with policymakers and practitioners to advance sustainable food system initiatives.

Cecilia Flores-Oebanda

Cecilia is a globally recognized human rights advocate and a multiawarded freedom fighter. She is also regarded as an international expert on human trafficking, child labor and domestic work. She is currently the women’s sector NGO representative at the Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking and a member of the Presidential Taskforce Against Illegal Recruitment. Cecilia was named by the U.S. Department of State as one of its heroes acting to end modern-day slavery in its 2008 Trafficking in Persons report and was presented the first Iqbal Masih award for the elimination of child labor by the U.S. Department of Labor.

Cesar Victora

Cesar Victora is emeritus professor of epidemiology at the Federal University of Pelotas in Brazil and has honorary appointments at Harvard, Oxford and Johns Hopkins University, and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. He has conducted extensive research in maternal and child health and nutrition, birth cohort studies, inequalities in health, and on the evaluation of the impact of major global health programs.

Chad Gallinat is the senior scientist and lab manager at Conservation X Labs where he works on both the open innovation team running prizes and challenges as well as the garage team building conservation technologies. Before joining CXL he worked for the U.S. Department of Energy where he managed a range of multilateral and bilateral energy efficiency efforts designed to engage the public and private sectors, including the Clean Energy Ministerial Advanced Cooling and Global Lighting Challenges.

Lee has contributed to ICT standardization for over 30 years, specializing in areas such as integrated services digital networks, global information infrastructure, internet protocol, next-generation networks, internet protocol television, and cloud computing.
