Prior to joining Convergence, he was the director leading European Bank for Reconstruction and Development’s financing/investment activities in its early transition countries where EBRD increased its annual investments five-fold to become the largest investor in these low-income countries.

Christopher East was a program manager on the DfID-funded President’s Delivery Team program in Sierra Leone, which provided technical assistance to the Sierra Leone government’s delivery unit in order to augment their delivery of the President’s post-Ebola recovery priorities. As part of Adam Smith International’s Public Sector Governance team, Christopher‘s foci are center of government reform, parliamentary strengthening and policy delivery.

Christopher Game is the chief procurement officer at the Global Fund, where he oversees the organization's approach to strategic sourcing and procuring of global health commodities for greater value and impact. He currently directs Procurement for Impact, a Global Fund initiative to set a new standard for global health procurement. He has previously worked for Novartis, Sandoz, Actavis and Abbott Laboratories.

Christopher Hirst has been with Palladium for 20 years. As CEO, he's passionate about positive impact whilst creating value for the company and our clients. Prior to his role as CEO, Christopher served as the managing director of strategy and corporate development. He led the organization's business and performance strategy. This included identifying, analysing and capturing new business opportunities globally; as well as impact investing asset management and impact investment advisory business services. In addition, as part of the global leadership team, he was a key decision maker in Palladium. Prior to this he oversaw Palladium's Middle East division for nine years including being seconded as the chief executive officer and board director of the Abu Dhabi Government's Farmers Service Centre for the latter 4 years. Christopher has also held senior management roles on numerous projects around the world as well as in Australia, the United States, Zimbabwe, and Papua New Guinea.

Christopher Ifeanyi-Nwanze

Christopher Ifeanyi-Nwanze is the director of communications and research at the Ellen Johnson Sirleaf Presidential Center for Women and Development. He previously headed the Open Society Initiative for West Africa’s communications unit and served as development communications officer with the U.N. Economic Commission for Africa’s African Institute for Economic Development and Planning.

From 1996 to 2011, he served as country director of DKT programs in Turkey, Ethiopia and Indonesia, where he managed the largest private social marketing family planning program in the world. He was also executive vice president from 2011-2013. His professional interests center on advancing the cause of social marketing for improved health, and socially responsible capitalism.
