    The viability of Cameroon’s budget for 2011 hinges on mobilizing “significant” domestic financing, according to the International Monetary Fund. Unsettled payment obligations in 2010, expansion of civil services and subsidies for retaining retail fuel prices could add pressure to the African country’s 2011 budget, the fund said in a statement.
