Jasmine Anouna, an Italian-Egyptian-American feminist, social entrepreneur, and SDG Goalkeeper, is the CEO and founder of The Bloom, a social impact newsletter dedicated to democratizing access to intersectional resources and job opportunities across various social impact areas.

Anouna's leadership journey, rooted in showing up authentically, began “blooming” when she realized the United Nations wasn't where she wanted to build her career. “I started asking myself, what comes next after the U.N.?”.

Transitioning from women's rights and law, she founded The Bloom in 2020, which has grown to a global community of nearly 40,000 social impact professionals.
