The African Development Bank and Development Bank of Central African States warned that they will freeze financing for Cameroon's USD197 million shipyard project. A report by
cited weekly newspaper Quail as saying that the donors ordered an audit of the project's owner, Cameroon Shipyard and Industrial Engineering Ltd. The project is supposed to be completed in 2007 but is only half completed.
