DT Global is buying two other development companies in a move that will roughly triple the head count of the development contractor to well over 2,000.
The organization announced on Monday that it had bought IMC Worldwide, a United Kingdom-based company with 100 dedicated staffers.
This comes a week after DT Global said it is buying Cardno International Development, a company focused on areas such as infrastructure and environmental services, in a deal that is worth around 56.5 million Australian dollars ($42.6 million) and due to be completed by June. Cardno has 1,500 personnel across 25 offices around the world.
