The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is looking at lending EUR100 million (USD129 million) to Banca Comerciala Romana to help provide funding to Romanian small and medium-sized enterprises,
reported. The sum will finance production, investment, trade, services and working capital needs of SMEs in the southeastern European nation.
