The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has granted a loan of 150 million euros (USD205.75 million) to Serbia’s state-run gas firm Srbijagas for the construction of an underground gas unit, Reuters reports. The bank will also help Serbia fund a pipeline upgrade that would link some 40 percent of its gas network with that of other countries.
