The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is investing USD4 million in equity investments in Datacell JSC to expand Internet services in Azerbaijan. The EBRD investment will allow the firm to reach new individual and business customers in and outside Baku. Datacell JSC aims to provide high-speed Internet services to Baku and its suburbs, and 12 other major towns by 2011.
