    has allocated 2 million euros (USD2.92 million) to help address emergency and humanitarian needs of Typhoon Ketsana victims in Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. The commission is ready to boost the aid package, if necessary, said European Commissioner for Development and Humanitarian Aid Karel De Gucht.
