reported that the African Development Bank will disburse USD9.24 million to support health projects in Guinea Bissau. Under the program, a benchmark center will be established while an "effective administrative and financial management and a maintenance system" will also be adopted to rehabilitate the Simao Mendes National Hospital as well as provide training to health professionals in the country, the bank said.
