Aid workers in Haiti can now better collaborate and coordinate their efforts given the communication system soon to be set up by the International Telecommunication Union with U.S.-based software business firm Collabria LLC. The United Nations said the design will allow exchange of text, video, voice and data through desktops, laptops and mobile phones after the earthquake toppled communication infrastructure in the country.
