Housing as a development goal: A question of measurement

    Shelter is hardly mentioned in the Millennium Development Goals, an omission Jonathan Reckford hopes will be rectified in the post-2015 development goals.

    But what kind of metrics should be used for housing-related targets? The CEO of Habitat for Humanity International shared some recommendations in this interview on the margins of the 2012 Clinton Global Initiative.
