IDB to Help Panama City Improve Water, Sanitation

The Inter-American Development Bank has approved a USD30 million loan to

in Panama City. The funds will provide further financing to expand the city's sewer system and strengthen the country's government-owned water and sanitation facility. The two projects will be jointly executed by state-run firm IDAAN and Panama's health ministry.
