IDB to Improve Nicaragua Watershed Drainage

The Inter-American Development Bank has approved a loan worth USD13 million to help

and reduce the risk of landslides and floods in a Nicaraguan lakeside watershed. The money will finance storm water drainage works as well as support environmental and land use management in a watershed drainage located in Nicaragua's Lake Managua area.
