The International Monetary Fund has agreed to reinstate Zimbabwe’s voting and related rights, as well as its eligibility to draw financing from the fund’s general resources account. The move does not, however, allow the African nation to access IMF’s poverty reduction and growth trust until it settles its debt of some USD140 million under the trust.
