    The International Monetary Fund is considering adopting a new lending program for Belarus,

    cites a report by the STV television network as saying. The fund has recently increased its loan for Belarus to some $3.52 billion, up from the original offering of $2.46 billion in October 2008. The Belarusian National Bank expects IMF to disburse some $1.35 billion by the end of the year.
