Iran on Sept. 15 held out the prospect of "deeper cooperation" with the UN nuclear watchdog as it gears up for talks with world powers that are likely to be held in Turkey. Iranian nuclear energy agency chief Ali Akbar Salehi spoke in upbeat terms after meeting Mohamed ElBaradei, outgoing director-general of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
