    Despite the challenges, Jamaica is on the right track in meeting the seventh Millennium Development Goal on environmental sustainability, according to Minister of Sport and Culture Olivia Grange. She said that Jamaica is reaching the target on achieving safe drinking water and sanitation. Goal 7 highlights the importance of sustainable biodiversity in the context of national and global development.
