The Japan International Cooperation Agency will provide USD13 million to equip the laboratories of Yemen’s Sana’a University, Saba News reports. The money will pay for equipment, including modern laboratories that will be opened to the public for minimum fees. JICA and Yemen’s Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research are also in talks to cooperate on training mental health workers.
