JICA to Finance Construction of Nigeria Classrooms

The Japan International Cooperation Agency has allocated 18 billion Nigerian naira (USD119 million) for the construction of 287 classrooms in the Nigerian province of Kano, 

reports. JICA will also provide funding to furnish the classrooms, using the services of local contractors.
