Latin American and Caribbean countries were front and center in discussions at a recently concluded ambassadors’ conference held Sept. 6-9 in Germany. The conference, hosted by German Federal Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle with Mexican foreign affairs chief Patricia Espinosa Cantellano, included some 70 workshops and forums where politics, business an cultural experts explored various topics.
