    By Eliza Villarino // 01 February 2010

The Millennium Challenge Account in Namibia has signed consulting agreements with the University of Namibia and PricewaterhouseCoopers to support implementation of its USD304.5 million compact program, Namibia Economist reports. The university will help the Ministry of Environment and Tourism develop a site-specific HIV/AIDS workplace scheme. PWC, meanwhile, will conduct a financial audit of MCA-Namibia’s resources. The agency also announced it has chosen International Business & Technical Consultants Inc. as its fiscal agent.
