    Military Assistance Falls as Civilian Aid Rises in Haiti

    Haiti has been seeing less involvement of U.S. military forces as local authorities and non-governmental organizations take on a bigger role in rescuing the nation out of the rubbles of the Jan. 12 earthquake, Elites TV reports. From 20,000 peak headcount, troops helping in Haiti are now down to 13,000.
