Moldova is performing well under its Extend Credit Facility/Extended Fund Facility agreements with the International Monetary Fund, according to the IMF mission in the country. All performance criteria and indicative targets set by the program were met as Moldova’s economy continues to recover, the mission said in a report. The mission and Moldovan officials also reached a staff-level agreement that, if approved by IMF’s executive board, will allow the country to draw up to USD89 million worth of budget support from IMF.
