The Obama adminstration is looking at disbursing some USD63 billion in six years to combat global diseases, and increase support for prenatal and postnatal care and children's health,
reported. "We have a responsibility to protect the health of our people, while saving lives, reducing suffering, and supporting the health and dignity of people everywhere," U.S. President Barack Obama said.
