‘Our job is to put ourselves out of business’

    On day two of the 2012 Clinton Global Initiative, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said the United States should broaden its network of partners — that is, beyond international nongovernmental organizations — when implementing aid programs overseas.
