The Global Partnership on Output-Based Aid will spend USD2.6 million to increase access of poor families to telecommunication services in four Cambodian provinces, according to
. The grant will fund a one-time capital subsidy to telephone service providers in the provinces of Banteay Meanchey, Otdar Meanchey, Preah Vihear, and Pursat. The funds would come from AusAID and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency.
