South Korea Offers Aid for Indonesia Dam Project

    The Korea International Cooperation Agency is set to provide USD100 million for the construction of a dam in Indonesia’s Banten province.

    The Karian Reservoir is expected to improve the quality of water supply in the province and nearby areas in West Java, including the Indonesian capital city, Jakarta. The dam is scheduled to be completed within three to four years, according to Bernama.
