    The Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation and Lebanese nonprofit Arc En Ciel have launched a project to build a treatment facility for hazardous medical waste, Lebanon’s Daily Star reports. The project would construct the Center for Medical Waste Management in the city of Sidon and also support training and education of Lebanese health workers on safe and sanitary disposal of hospital waste.
