The Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation is offering 3.5 million euros (USD4.6) to help build schools, day care facilities and barangay health centers in the Philippines. These facilities will be constructed in the provinces of Aurora, Albay, Masbate, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Agusan del Sur and Surigao del Sur, Business World Online reports.
