The Stop TB Partnership is letting go of over a quarter of its staff and is reorganizing itself amid changes in the global health landscape.
Unlike many global health organizations, the partnership was able to retain its U.S. funding. Under a new agreement signed with the U.S. government, it will have around $170 million to spend between now and 2026, a bit more than what they expected, said Dr. Lucica Ditiu, Stop TB Partnership’s executive director.
“We don’t know if this will stay, [or] if it will be changed. But for now, it looks positive,” she told Devex.
