The ‘big’ cause of health care fragmentation

Special Olympics focuses on helping people with disabilities. Some say such focus on a particular disease or subpopulation risks fragmentation even when the goal is to improve health systems. We spoke Stan Shepherd, chairman of Special Olympics partner, Health One Global, about the issue.
