UK Releases Humanitarian Aid for Bangladesh

The U.K. Department for International Development has released 1 million pounds (USD1.63 million) for typhoon victims in Bangladesh. The

will be channeled through the International Organization for Migration office in Bangladesh. It will be used to provide shelter kits with ropes, knives, mosquito nets, buckets, water purification tables and other nonfood items to more than 120,000 people in the country's Khulna region.
