The U.K. Department for International Development will provide a grant of 107 million Nepal rupees (USD1.5 million) to help Nepal’s election commission purchase necessary voter registration equipment. The money is expected to procure up to 1,000 registration kits that are good for approximately 1,372,000 voters.
