Ukrainian market traders and taxi drivers protested Nov. 18 outside the Ukrainian parliament’s building against the tax code proposal, Reuters reports. The new tax code, which is expected to be approved by President Viktor Yanukovich’s allies in parliament, will hurt many small entrepreneurs, critics argue.
