Meantime, the director for agribusiness at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has warned that unstable investment climate and corruption are impeding structural changes in Ukraine’s agricultural sector.

Gilles Mettetal told the Dzerkalo Tyzhnia weekly that many potential financial donors have decided to invest elsewhere due to Ukraine’s unfavorable investment climate, Kyiv Post reports.
