The U.S. Agency for International Development tapped the American Near East Refugee Aid to execute a US50 million water and sanitation program in West Bank and Gaza. The project will rehabilitate water and sewage systems, and install new pipes to deliver potable water to communities. The five-year initiative will commence on Oct. 1, 2008.
