“I think traditionally, we used to see that consultants were more senior — they were people in the more middle-to-later stages of their career. Now everyone at almost all levels is consulting, or can consult,” said Susanne Barsoum, co-founder and CEO at Keylime International — a consulting firm specializing in business development for global organizations.
