Webinar: A guide to consulting with the World Bank

An excerpt from the online event “A guide to consulting with the World Bank Group.” Devex Career Account members can watch the full recording below.

Roberto Amorosino, senior HR specialist with the World Bank Group, joins Devex for the second in a series of webinars on consulting with specific development organizations. The bank is always looking to attract the best talent and diversify its workforce he said, and this includes finding people that can work with them on a short-term basis according to their specific needs.

Landing a consulting gig with the bank can be highly competitive and consultants should first ensure they are familiar with its structure, priorities, and the work it is doing, said Amorosino. It’s also important that consultants don’t wait for a position to come up to send their CV and cover letter.
