The foundations are, on the one hand, the scientific way of working, on the other hand, well-founded consulting and didactic skills.
For us, scientific work means a principle that is characterized by theory and empiricism, transparency, traceability and also the possibility of falsification.

In consulting, they build on their developments and qualifications for the emergence of environmental consulting, starting in the 1980s. The systemic consulting approach with its variety of methods has proven to be effective in many situations: from coaching to moderation of stakeholder dialogues, future workshops, network management and much more and the result improved.

The further development of the basis for specialist advice, in particular energy advice, but also various publications and e-learning offers show their competence and their commitment in the specialist area. We consider the current competency orientation, as provided for in the European or National Qualifications Framework, to be meaningful for the vocational area and we orient their offers accordingly. Didactic competence is confirmed again and again by their many educational partners, from universities to further education institutes to smaller providers.
