2AC - 'Associés Audit et Conseil', is an accounting and auditing firm established in France as a registered public chartered accountancy (Ordre des Experts Comptables d’Ile de France and Compagnie Nationale des Commissaires aux Comptes). 2AC has developed a core expertise in the fields of public finance, accountancy services and auditing for the past 15 years. It possesses a sound experience in developing and emerging economies as well as in France.

2AC expertise relies on a team of 15 permanent staff. It has invested in developing a closely weaved network of associated experts, ensuring adherence to quality standards. 2AC has also developed partnerships with firms situated in Africa and Europe.

Using these human resources, 2AC is able to set-up multi-disciplinary teams to perform two main types of activities:

 Consulting Services and Technical Assistance: diagnostic, audit (organizational, technical and financial), studies and training in the field of public finance management and reform in developing countries and emerging economies, on behalf of Governments and bilateral and multilateral development financing Institutions;

 Audit, Accounting and Consulting Services to private customers in France and in French Overseas Departments and Territories engaged in various industries (legal audit, accountancy and payroll management services, judicial, fiscal advising). In addition, 2AC also performs auditing and advising to parastatals in developing countries as part of their strengthening or reforming projects.

In order to better respond to our clients needs and development, 2AC has invested in developing specific IT applications that enable an homogenous and optimized treatment of complex dataset and know-how transfer to our client.
