ANIDE has highly specialized personnel in each of the managerial, operational, technical, administrative and logistical areas, with 22 investigators and 6 administrative staff that provide the necessary support for their activities.

Their staff is highly interdisciplinary in topics such as: Biology, climatology, geology, geophysics, hydrobiology, mathematics, numerical simulation, remote sensing, geography, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, industrial engineering, petroleum engineering, information technology, physical oceanography, oceanography chemistry, biological oceanography.

They have central offices in the City of Cuernavaca, Morelos, called "City of Knowledge", where they share scientific, technological and academic experiences with 38 other research centers, located in the area.
