THEIR VOCATION: TO FACILITATE ACCESS TO HOUSING TO PROMOTE EMPLOYMENT
For more than sixty-five years, Action Housing has been a leading player in social and intermediate housing in France, to facilitate access to housing to promote employment. Action Logement equally manages employer participation in the construction effort (PEEC), paid by companies with more than 20 employees (on the basis of 0.45% of their payroll), in order to support its two missions Main:

- Accompany employees in their residential and professional mobility, offering services and financial assistance that facilitate access to housing and therefore employment.
- Build and finance social and intermediate housing, primarily in tense areas, by contributing to the challenges of eco-housing, social change and social diversity.

The Action Logement group is also a major financier of the implementation of the public policy of urban renewal, the revitalization of the 222 towns of the national Action Coeur de Ville program, and local housing policies in connection with the local authorities. By facilitating access to housing for employees, they support local employment and corporate performance, thereby contributing to the development of the economic attractiveness and social balance of the territories.

To meet these challenges, we rely on the expertise of the Group's employees in their various jobs related to housing. The complementarity of their know-how allows us to treat social housing as a whole.

Action Logement is the only player in France that offers a global system responding to the issue of employment-housing.

ACTION HOUSING, RECOGNIZED OF SOCIAL UTILITY
Social utility is at the heart of our missions. It is an expression of the Group's and its subsidiaries' commitment to building housing, supporting employees in accessing housing and sustainable development. Their action in favor of access to and retention in employment contributes to the economic development of local businesses. Their services, especially those they focus on the most vulnerable populations, areas of urban tension and the center of medium-sized cities to revitalize, provide concrete responses to the societal challenges of local communities, with whom we work in close collaboration. They are embedding our heritage strategy in the ecological transition movement and helping to improve the environmental footprint of a sector that is particularly vulnerable to the climate challenge. These principles of action serve as a guide in the dialogue with all their partners.
