ABOUT ADRA
The Adventist Development and Disaster Aid “ADRA Deutschland eV” is a state-recognized German non-governmental organization (NGO). It was founded in 1986 and is close to the Evangelical Free Church of the Seventh-day Adventists. ADRA stands for: Adventist Development and Relief Agency.

True to the motto  "Serving humanity so that all people can live as God intended"  and the  statutory mandates, ADRA Deutschland eV works with many international partners to help people in need (humanitarian emergency aid / disaster relief) and poverty ( Development cooperation) and repression (advocacy / advocacy) in the poorest parts of the world. The goal is to achieve sustainable and equitable development for people. This requires development education, solidarity and civil society action in Germany as well. ADRA Deutschland eV is primarily financed through private donations.
