PT Aetra Air Jakarta is the new name of PT Thames PAM Jaya (TPJ) to manage, operate and maintain water supply systems and investments in the area of East Jakarta (mostly North Jakarta, mostly in Central Jakarta and throughout the East Jakarta) based contracts with PAM Jaya for 25 which began in 1998 until 2023.

Following the principles of cooperation agreements

• -PAM JAYA handed over the management of existing assets (including production and distribution), provides exclusive rights to Aetra to manage water services in the area of East Jakarta. Aetra responsible for operating, maintaining, and investing to optimize, expand and improve water services in the operational area.
• -PAM Jaya pays to Aetra, water charge for each m3 of water sold and collectible
• -Aetra obligations:

1. Achieve Target and Service Technical Standard.

2. Maintaining and increasing assets.
