Africa farmers club (AFFAC) is a community of farmers. Tethered on the firm believe that an informed farmer will always make the right decision which have ripple effect in the whole value chain,the community aims to plan and support initiatives which promote farmer entrepreneurship skills through knowledge growth. Their membership, across 6 african countries is composed of individuals drawn from private sector, public sector and farmer based institutions, brought together through their online platform activities,as well as their offline farmer focused activities. AFFAC promotes knowledge sharing amongst the value chain players for the benefit of all, but most importantly, the farmer.
Bound by the fabric of sharing and caring, AFFAC is a community where the growth of farmer knowledge is prioritized to ensure they are part of the wheels rolling towards food security, food safety and Zero hunger, in a practical and sustainable way.
The community provides a platform for members to share their stories, challenges, and network. Through their Media team, they amplify the African farmers’ voice across the world.
AFFAC aproach and farmer support structures are tailored towards disemination of practical agricultural information to farmers in all levels of production in a friendly and social environment that ensures the farmers attain knowledge and grow profits.
