The African Center of Excellence for Maternal and Child Health (CEA-SAMEF) is a public scientific cooperation consortium placed under the supervision of the Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar. The Rector is the President of the Steering Committee with the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Pharmacy and Odontology as Vice-President. The operational implementation of activities is the responsibility of an Executive Committee.
